Rockstar’s October event brings seasonal activities and a sequence of weekly challenges. Here is the first deadline to note.

Rockstar announced its GTA Online Halloween programme on October 1. The first weekly challenge runs October 1–7: complete two Bail Office Bounties for a Green Vintage Skull Mask and GTA$100,000. Completing every weekly challenge across the event earns an additional GTA$2 million, which Rockstar says arrives within 72 hours of completion.

What to prioritise this week

Our suggestion is to check the active challenge before planning a long session. A monthly event and a weekly reward are different commitments: joining later does not necessarily let you recover an earlier challenge. Use the in-game information and the dated announcement together.

Seasonal rewards are temporary

Halloween Survivals offer triple GTA$ and RP in the announced event. Treat the payout as an event bonus, not a permanent change to the mode.

For returning players, choose an activity you enjoy before chasing every checklist. Keep a note of what you completed, and review the next week’s requirements when they become active. This is coverage of GTA Online’s seasonal content, separate from competitive esports.
